Dealer Principal

After leaving the Marine Corps, Don Primm began selling cars in 1953 when he discovered car salesmen got a free demonstration car! In 1969, he became one of the original Porsche/Audi dealers in the U.S. He has been president of both the Akron Area Auto Dealer's Association and the Ohio Auto Dealer's Association. He has also served on the Porsche dealer counsel. Currently, Don is an advisor for SCORE and sits on the Board of the Victim's Assistance of Summit County.

General Manager

Michelle began her automotive career filing in the Service Department. During high school summer breaks she worked in Parts then m oved to the office during college. After completing degrees in Finance and Economics at Kent State she became Business Manager, then General Manager. Currently Managing Partner, Michelle is a graduate of the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy. She represents Women Dealers on the NADA Board of Directors and recently was honored by Crain's Cleveland Business as "A Woman of Note."

Internet Manager

Pat has been hanging around Cascade since we first opened in 1969. Having worked in various capacities in every department his current duties include Internet Marketing Manager and selling cars to his extremely long list of previous clients. Pat is a graduate of Walsh Jesuit High School (1978), Miami University in Oxford (1982) and of the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy (1985). He is a former board member of the CASA/GAL Program of Summit County, WKSU Community Advisory Board and is past President of the Akron Area Automobile Dealers Association (now NEOADA). When not at Cascade Pat prefers to spend as much time as possible on the golf course.

Mike has nine years of experience in sales, with the rest in service. He graduated from Walsh High School and attended Miami University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. Mike is an avid fisherman and an amateur soccer player, having played for 20 years.

Marie, with Cascade since 2008, has worked in the car dealership business since 1988. She is a graduate of Mogadore High School and currently lives in Akron, She's been married for 23 years with two children. She enjoys her pets, four dogs, three birds and a turtle. She is involved with the March of Dimes, "March for Babies" and also spends free time with outdoor activities, swimming, biking, crafts, cooking and baking.

Shawn Adkins began working at Cascade early in 2013. Although born in Akron, Shawn's family moved a lot due to her father's construction career. He worked on BIG projects like hospitals, malls, and condominium communities in Texas, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Florida. She returned to her home town and graduated from the University of Akron with a degree in Community Services. Shawn recently graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with an Accounting degree. She has a daughter, Ashley, granddaughter Ava and Sharpeis Tumbleweed and Sadee. Shawn is a member of the American Legion, loves to read and play volleyball.

Janice has been with Cascade for seven years and spent four years as a certified cashier before being promoted to Assistant Office Manager. She attended Cuyahoga Falls High School and Hammel Business College. She resides in Cuyahoga Falls and has two children and four grandchildren. Janice also enjoys gardening, sewing and reading.

The auto industry is in Jason's blood, being the fourth generation of his family in the business. His great-grandfather started the trend by owning a couple of dealerships. Jason graduated at the top of his class from Stow-Munroe Falls High School in1999, and later attended The University of Akron from 2001 to 2003. He has worked for Cascade for 14 years. Aside from his career in the auto industry, he supports the Akron Shriners and is a member of The Masons, lodge #517. Jason currently resides in Cuyahoga Falls.

Having graduated from John Carroll University in May of '90 with a degree in Political Science and History, Chris fell into the automobile business by selling Porsche and Audi in Cleveland, Ohio. After 18 years of established success in the field, Chris brought his experience and passion for high performance cars to Cascade in September of '08. Dave Stewart is obsessed with cars and automotive in general. German engineered cars the most! Dave's vocational training at Maplewood Career Center gave him a high school diploma specializing in auto collision technology. He has an associates degree and automotive mechanic diploma from the University of Northwestern Ohio. His goal is to become an apprentice at Cascade. Dave loves fixing things to make them efficient again, hence his love of watches and time pieces. Dave has dogs, likes to read books and watch movies about the old gangster era.

John began his Automotive career in 1979 spending 13 years in Florida and 12 years with the Greenwald and McIntyre families before joining Cascade. His family consists of his wife, Yolanda, and their two children, Natasha and Alexander. In his free time, he volunteers for Good Neighbor and Catholic charities and is a member of the Towpath Racket Club.

Mark joined the Cascade team a year ago, but has more than 18 years in the auto industry, working in the Cleveland and Akron areas with imported used cars. Aside from his current career, he has 17 years experience as a TV news photographer, having last worked at WJW-TV in Cleveland where he was a two-time Emmy winner. Mark is a former Porsche Club of America member and is the founder of the Northern Ohio Chapter of the BMW Car Club of America. He was also the promoter and founder of the Cleveland German Autofest car show. He is married with one daughter, who just graduated from Montana State University. Mark has also organized multiple automotive fundraising events for Cleveland-based Youth Challenge.

Don is a legend in Summit County service departments. You may have seen him at one of the Clark or Serpentini Stores or at a Montrose Auto Group facility. With 44 years in Automotive, (15 + Cascade) he is an expert at helping customers. Don and Rae Howard attend the 1st Christian Church of Stow and help with homeless families that need a temporary place to stay and nourishment. He has two successful adult children, Scott and Robin.
