Michelle began her automotive career filing in the Service Department. During high school summer breaks she worked in Parts then m oved to the office during college. After completing degrees in Finance and Economics at Kent State she became Business Manager, then General Manager. Currently Managing Partner, Michelle is a graduate of the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy. She represents Women Dealers on the NADA Board of Directors and recently was honored by Crain's Cleveland Business as "A Woman of Note."

Pat has been hanging around Cascade since we first opened in 1969. Having worked in various capacities in every department his current duties include Internet Marketing Manager and selling cars to his extremely long list of previous clients. Pat is a graduate of Walsh Jesuit High School (1978), Miami University in Oxford (1982) and of the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy (1985). He is a former board member of the CASA/GAL Program of Summit County, WKSU Community Advisory Board and is past President of the Akron Area Automobile Dealers Association (now NEOADA). When not at Cascade Pat prefers to spend as much time as possible on the golf course.

Mike has nine years of experience in sales, with the rest in service. He graduated from Walsh High School and attended Miami University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. Mike is an avid fisherman and an amateur soccer player, having played for 20 years.

Dave has been in the car industry since '83, spending all of those years with Cascade. He is a graduate of Walsh High School, and attended Kent State University. In his free-time, he enjoys fishing, golf and traveling. Dave also devotes some of his time to fundraisers including, ALS Society and Alex's Lemonade Stand.

Miro comes to Cascade with 33 years experience in the Auto Industry. He is the pre-owned manager and would be happy to help you with your purchasing needs.

Matt came up through the sales ranks becoming Audi Brand Manager in 2011. He resides in Green with his wife and kids, owning and operating the Dairy Queen in town.

The auto industry is in Jason's blood, being the fourth generation of his family in the business. His great-grandfather started the trend by owning a couple of dealerships. Jason graduated at the top of his class from Stow-Munroe Falls High School in1999, and later attended The University of Akron from 2001 to 2003. He has worked for Cascade for 14 years. Aside from his career in the auto industry, he supports the Akron Shriners and is a member of The Masons, lodge #517. Jason currently resides in Cuyahoga Falls.

Abe has been with Cascade since 2005. He is sure to point you in the right direction during your search for the right vehicle; Abe has experience selling all brands. In his free time Abe enjoys fishing, camping, and is a master gardener.

Ben has been with Cascade's sales department since March of 2015. He's a graduate of Archbishop Hoban High School and has attended the Immaculate Heart of Mary parish in Cuyahoga Falls since 1992. Ben also likes to spend time with his three brothers and his dog named Bear.

Matt started at Cascade in 2016 after years working in color, anti-corrosive & special effects pigments industry and would love to help you become a member of the Cascade Family. He is a graduate of Heidelberg earning a degree in business administration. Enjoy spending time with people and helping in anyway he may. Love's spending time with family and friends. Especially love of his life Rachel.

Josh started at Cascade Auto Group in 2018 after working in the pet industry and is now helping individuals, as well as families with their new vehicles. He is also a person who loves the outdoors and would be glad to help with your new Subaru, or Pre-Owned vehicle!

Joe started at Cascade in June of 2017. Joe was born in Chicago, Illinois and grew up in Wisconsin before moving to Ohio. He graduated from Stow High School in 1982. He enjoys collecting a wide variety of antiques, is an avid animal lover, and wherever Joe goes you will likely hear 70's music playing in the background. During his time off, he loves traveling with his wife to visit their daughter and Active-Duty son-in-law exploring the different states they have been assigned to. When you see Joe, you will be met with his true honest opinions and his witty sense of humor.

Bob started at Cascade in September of 2016 and is a Sales Consultant. He will be delighted to assist you!

Chad comes to us as a jack-of-all-trades. Chad used to be in a band as a singer and guitar player. He was a customer service and sales trainer at a call-center, and worked in the financial world. He enjoys games, playing music and has a vast knowledge of movie quotes. He lives in Peninsula with his wife, son and 2 Boston Terriers.

Jeremy started in February of 2019. He is a graduate of Green High School. He is a lifelong Guardians and Browns fan. He lives in Stow with his Fiance and dog.

Chris started at Cascade in February of 2016 and is a Sales Consultant. He will be delighted to assist you!

Jacob started at Cascade in 2019 and he would be delighted to help you with your car. He is a graduate of Coventry High School in Portage Lakes Ohio and the Portage Lakes Career Center where he was also a graduate in their Culinary Arts program. In his free time he enjoys playing and watching sports and spending time with friends and family.

Brendan is our newest additional to our sales force, but is happy to help every person he can. He predominantly helps with pre-owned inventory but he also helps with Subaru and Mazda. Brendan loves golf and football.

Mark has 30 years of pre-owned vehicle sales experience and he has been working here at Cascade since 2010. He is a native of Parma, Ohio. Upon completion of his U.S. Army military service, attended the University of Central Oklahoma where he majored in Journalism-Photographic Arts with a minor in Political Science. He spent the next 17 years as a television news photojournalist at 3 different Oklahoma TV stations before returning to Cleveland to ply his talents at WJW-TV8 for 10 years. During his time at WJW-TV8 he was awarded two local Emmy awards for "Excellence in Journalism". Mark is married with an adult Subaru-driving daughter and step daughter, along with a step son. Mark and his wife Mary share a Cuyahoga Valley National Park home with two Golden Retrievers and two cats.

Nick Corlett has been at Cascade since November 2017. He has been in the auto industry for 12 years. Starting in sales, moving to Commercial finance, Finance Manager, and now Subaru Brand Manager. A member of the Saint Vincent De Paul society that donates and organizes food drives around the holidays, and an on call ride for the local animal shelter. His hobbies include camping, smoking meat, 4x4 trail riding, traveling, coaching, wood working projects including a small wood reclaiming company named Corlett Reclaimed. Family includes his 4 year old son, and his turtle named Spike.

Steven started at Cascade in June of 2017. Steven is a US Air Force Veteran, that joined the Cascade Auto Group Family June of 2017. He comes to us with 20+ years of diverse automotive experience. Aside from spending quality time with his family, he enjoys virtually everything related to the outdoors. Among his favorites are camping, kayaking, grilling and sitting by the campfire. When he isn't enjoying the outdoors, you will likely find him in the kitchen cooking some of his favorites, or trying new recipes.

Ashley has been with Cascade Audi Since 2022. She graduated locally from Woodridge High School in 2019. Away from work she spends her time with NeoVdubs, as she is active within the German car scene. She owns a Mk4 Golf, which in the warmer months, I spend time restoring it with her Fiancé who is a VW Technician. Aside from her love of cars, you will find her spending time with my animals ( those alive as well as taxidermy ), collecting oddities and usual items and creating art pieces.

Marie has been with Cascade since 2008 and in the car business since 1988. She is a graduate of Mogadore High School. She has 2 children, Emily and Aaron. She enjoys spending time with her family and many dogs and birds. She enjoys outdoor activities including camping, swimming, kayaking, hiking, and canoeing. She is involved with the March of Dimes and tries to participate every year in March for Babies.

Rachel started at Cascade in October of 2014. Rachael was born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania. She graduated with a minor in psychology and a bachelor's degree in flute performance from Susquehanna University in 2009. In 2012, she graduated from the University of Akron with a master's degree in flute performance. In 2021, she won the "Accidental HR Leader" award which is part of the Crain's Cleveland Business "Excellence in HR" program and is designed to honor Northeast Ohio's outstanding Human Resource executives and teams. In her spare time she enjoys reading, working out, going to hear live music (especially classical and jazz), and listening to podcasts (especially true crime). Rachael has been with Cascade since 2014.

Chris always greets everyone with positive energy. She is a graduate of Bedford High School. Her family consists of husband, Paul, two children, Kevin and Sarah, and their dog, Patches. A church she frequents is St. Luke's Lutheran.
